Rediscovering my Strokes of Genius

I found a little journal from when I first started channeling in 2021. It’s called Strokes of Genius. I didn’t name it that — it’s the title printed on the cover. I save all my journals, even though I often question why. But when I opened this particular book, I was surprised by my channeling.  I’m still surprised at what comes out of me onto the page but back then I don’t even think I was paying attention to myself.

There’s a lesson in that. At the time, I didn’t think much of it — or maybe I didn’t think at all. I certainly didn’t give myself credit. But now I think it’s so good! I’ve even considered typing it all up and turning it into a little book. A little published one. Remember those pocket-sized books they used to sell at grocery store checkout lines? I loved those. I guess now the spiritual influencers on Instagram are the modern version of those little books. But that’s a rant for another day.

I am sharing something below I found that I wrote in 2021, but first, a little context.

When my mom started listening to channelers in the 1970s, I had an aversion to it. It wasn’t that I disapproved (well maybe a little) — it was more that the people doing it were typically claiming to channel ETs, or at least that’s what I thought they were claiming. And I’ve always wondered: why does wisdom have to come from beyond? Aren’t we all gods? Didn’t Jesus say, “You can do this and better”? I resented the idea that we were just followers of alien wisdom. I was interested in wisdom that arises from within, not handed down from some distant cosmic authority.

Anyway, That is the premise behind the question I asked below.

Q. I hate to ask because I want these answers to be from “me” ? Do I want to know who is coming out on these pages?

A. It is most definitely you. But not only you. It’s different on this level of consciousness. It’s not just one individual thought, like a person. It’s a collective vibration.  So it’s your higher vibration on a level where there are others on that same higher level. But not all others on that level.

For instance, even with the vibration of the 3^rd dimension on Earth, where you currently reside, there are higher levels and lower vibrational levels of existence, each having different experiences, right?  Similarly, on the 5^th dimension or “in” the 5^th dimension, there are thoughts and consciousness and vibrations on this level as well, and although all are higher vibrations, there are still separate frequencies within. So your frequency, your own frequency that resides on the 5^th level, resides on the same vibration as others on that same frequency.  Your words are connecting with you on the higher 5^th level.  It is you that you are remembering and reaching for.  It is your Christ self residing on the 5^th level that you are reaching for.  Your Christ self is one with other Christ selves.  But even Christ selves have various levels.  Your Christ Self is responding to your questions with others who are on the same frequency. So that is why sometimes you get a response that says “I” and sometimes you get a response that says “we”.  When Sara Landon refers to the Council, who she channels, that is who the Council is.  A collection of responses.  Not just one voice.  It’s more like one vibration, and you are transcribing from that vibration, specifically the vibration of knowing.  Knowing is it’s own vibration.  Other channelers might be locked in or zoning in on a level of care, or health or some other zoned-in focus – and it’s not that you don’t also tap into those frequencies, but right now, and mostly, you are tapping into the knowing vibration. That is the frequency you are writing from now.

Okay, full disclosure, I had to tidy it up a bit. The original writing is a bit more rambling, but the essence is there. I had many run-on sentences back then. Now, when I channel, it comes out a bit more eloquently. For example, in the book “Back to Being,” I didn’t change any of the channeled answers, so I have improved.  Still, I think it’s really cool that I was receiving all of that in 2021 when I first started. When I sit with that little journal and read what I wrote back then, I can’t believe it came from me. I also can’t believe I don’t remember any of it. Actually, I do believe that. I forget most things.
